It’s very important to know the different types of accident at work that you could be susceptible to in your workplace and different jobs carry different risks. With all these risks it is important to get the message across to employees about health and safety but sometimes it can be a hard message to communicate. Some employers might just put up the standard health and safety posters around the office or work floor and this will most likely go unnoticed by people as they get on with their jobs.
To make sure people don’t suffer an accident at work you need to ensure they know all the rules, regulations and codes of practice involved in the job.
